What is included in the rental price?
Our price covers a 3-hour playtime rental, professional setup and teardown, and full sanitisation before and after every use — no GST, no hidden fees. Safety mats are included for all inflatable bookings.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during school holidays. Last-minute or same-day bookings are possible, but subject to availability and a small surcharge.
What if it rains on the event day?
If bad weather is expected, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the setup. For outdoor events, we highly recommend having a backup indoor space or tent.
